Go to the Login page (https://www.convertko.com/login.aspx), and try to log in. If your account is Expired, you will see a warning. All you have to do is to click the button below (REACTIVATE). You may log in normally then.

 

>> How can I withdraw my earnings? <<

First, visit the "Withdrawal/Cashout" page (https://www.convertko.com/user/cashout.aspx). 

Before choosing your payment processor, please see the "Maximum withdrawal" tab. Based on deposits, you will see which payment processor you can use.

Example: If you have deposited only with Payeer, you will only be able to cashout with Payeer and not with other payment processors. If you did not make a deposit on Convertko, you will be able to cashout with all available payment processors.

Next step is to choose your payment processor and to check if you have enough funds - over the "Minimum", which you can see below.

If all of the steps are completed, you can now enter your cashout amount and your personal PIN number.

A verification email will be sent to you. You will have to copy the security number from the email and on the withdrawal page, where you have been entering your withdrawal information. (Your security code is: 82920 - COPY THE NUMBERS ONLY, WITHOUT BLANK SPACES!)

Paste the security code and click the "Withdraw" button. 

Your cashout request will later be processed by our staff within 24 hours.
